SUBMISSION

The Conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and remote participation. It includes the submission of abstracts and full papers.

The selection criteria for abstracts include relevance to the topics, originality, and scientific interest they present.

Accepted abstracts, evaluated by the Scientific Committee, will be presented in one of the following formats:

• Oral Presentations
• Poster Presentations: Posters will be displayed in the exhibition area during the Conference.

Afterwards, the authors of the selected abstracts and posters will submit a full paper, which will be published in the conference proceedings.

Both abstracts and full papers will be in Greek.

Necessary requirement for the presentation (oral presentation and poster) is the registration of participants in the conference.

A template for the posters is provided.

Abstract Writing Specifications:

• The abstract file should be in .doc or .docx format.
• The length of the abstract should be between 250 and 350 words.
• A template for the abstract is provided, which authors can use.

Full Paper Writing Specifications:

• The article file should be in .doc or .docx format and have a maximum length of 2,000 words.
• A template for the full paper is provided, which authors can use.

The names and email addresses entered on the Conference website are solely used to fulfill its objectives. The Organizing Committee of the Conference, as the data controller, complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the processing of personal data collected.
